How to Use
- As a Daily Rejuvenator: Take one teaspoon every morning, plain or with lukewarm water.
- For Throat Comfort: Take one teaspoon slowly, or stir into warm water or herbal tea.
- With Herbs & Spices: Raw honey is a natural carrier (yogavahi); take it with turmeric, ginger or tulsi.
- As a Natural Sweetener: Replace refined sugar in drinks, breakfast and desserts.
- Natural Crystallisation: Raw honey can crystallise over time; place the jar in warm water to re-liquefy.
- NOTE: Avoid adding to very hot liquids to preserve natural enzymes. Honey is not suitable for infants below 12 months of age.
