Diet, exercise and everyday lifestyle habits can all play a role in maintaining healthy cholesterol levels.

Since prolonged stress can raise heart rate and blood pressure, supporting a healthy stress response can be an important part of cardiovascular wellness.

How to consume:
Mix well before use. The consistency is similar to chyawanprash. Take 1–2 teaspoons a day.

Keep a 15-minute gap before and after consuming these products.
