At SUPERBEE, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. Because our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. Consumables cannot be resold, restocked, or reused, and therefore all sales are considered final. We request customers to review product details, ingredient lists, and suitability before making a purchase.

Although returns are not permitted, we stand fully behind the quality of our products and offer support in exceptional circumstances. If your order arrives in a severely damaged or unusable condition, you may contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and a brief description of the issue. After reviewing the matter, we may issue a replacement or an alternative resolution at our discretion. Requests submitted after 24 hours, or without sufficient proof of damage, may not be eligible for replacement due to logistical limitations.

If you discover that the expiry date of the product delivered to you is within three months of your purchase, we encourage you to inform us immediately. In rare cases, packaging or labelling discrepancies may occur. Where the product is unopened and the issue is verified by our team, we may offer a replacement or a goodwill coupon as appropriate. This resolution is provided at the discretion of SUPERBEE and may vary depending on stock availability and the specific nature of the concern.

Please note that we cannot offer replacements for issues related to taste, aroma, personal preference, or the natural variation of bee-derived products, as these factors are inherent to natural and seasonal ingredients.
