By visiting our website, browsing our store, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. Use of the Website and Eligibility

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. You may be required to provide certain details—such as your name, address, phone number, and payment information—in order to complete a purchase or create an account. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current. SUPERBEE reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion if inaccurate information is provided or misuse is suspected.

2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in colour, appearance, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or natural variations in bee-derived ingredients. SUPERBEE does not guarantee that any product will meet personal expectations or appear identical to reference images. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We may limit the sale of any product to specific individuals, households, geographic regions, or quantities if required for operational or regulatory reasons.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SUPERBEE reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only when payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. Orders once accepted may not always be modified or cancelled, as processing begins promptly upon confirmation. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled, is modified, or must be cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. Your purchases are governed by and subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Replacement Policy.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing Information

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated and may change without prior notice. Pricing in our online store may differ from prices in other retail environments. Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms and may supersede portions of these Terms where clearly stated.

All payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway, and SUPERBEE does not store or access your card details, UPI IDs, or bank account information. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize SUPERBEE to charge the applicable amount for your purchase, including shipping fees and taxes. If your payment fails or is reversed, SUPERBEE may suspend or cancel your order.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and handed over to Delhivery, the responsibility for timely delivery shifts to the courier partner. SUPERBEE is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, operational issues, remote locations, or other factors outside our control. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SUPERBEE website—including text, graphics, product images, packaging designs, logos, trademarks, layout, and multimedia content—is owned by SUPERBEE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, commercial use, or creation of derivative works without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, trade names, and branding elements of SUPERBEE may not be used without explicit written permission. Shopify, PhonePe, Delhivery, and any other service providers retain ownership of their respective trademarks and proprietary technologies.

8. Relationship with Shopify

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure and processes certain technical and transactional data necessary for operating our Services. Purchases made in our Store are solely between you and SUPERBEE; Shopify bears no responsibility for the sale, fulfilment, or performance of products purchased through our site. By using the Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with SUPERBEE.

Any suggestions, ideas, proposals, reviews, or other content submitted to SUPERBEE (“Feedback”) may be used by us without restriction. By submitting Feedback, you grant SUPERBEE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, or display such content for business and promotional purposes. You agree that your submissions will not violate the rights of any third party and will not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material. SUPERBEE is not obligated to maintain Feedback confidentially or respond to submissions.
