Once your order is confirmed, it is handed over to our trusted delivery partner, Delhivery, for final delivery to your address.

Orders within the NCR region are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your exact location, order volume, and courier availability. For destinations outside the NCR, delivery may take approximately 3 to 7 working days. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including unforeseen delays with the courier partner, weather disturbances, operational issues, remote location access, or high-volume periods such as festivals or sales.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent to your registered email or mobile number once the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address and contact information at the time of placing the order. Any redirection or correction after dispatch may lead to delays and is subject to courier policies.

In the rare event of delayed delivery, lost parcels, or delivery issues, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. However, SUPERBEE is not liable for delays caused solely by third-party logistics partners.
