Gentle on Digestion

How to Use

  • As a Natural Sweetener: Its light, mild taste sweetens tea and coffee without overpowering them.
  • For Gentle Digestion: Take one teaspoon with lukewarm water, suitable for sensitive digestion.
  • For Breakfast & Baking: Drizzle over pancakes, fruit or yoghurt, or use in baking and dressings.
  • Stays Pourable: Acacia honey crystallises slowly. If it does, place the jar in warm water to re-liquefy.
  • For Skin Care: Mix with natural ingredients to create DIY face packs.
  • NOTE: Avoid adding to very hot liquids to preserve natural enzymes. Honey is not suitable for infants below 12 months of age.

Acacia Honey has a higher fructose-to-glucose ratio, which contributes to its slow crystallisation and smoother texture. This composition allows for gradual energy release and easier digestion. It also contains natural antioxidants, enzymes, and trace minerals that support immune function, digestion, and cellular health.

In Ayurveda, lighter honeys are considered nourishing yet non-aggravating. Acacia Honey supports digestion, builds energy, and helps maintain internal balance without increasing heat or heaviness. Its gentle nature makes it suitable for regular consumption and for individuals with sensitive digestion.
